Stafford Croft is set within approx half an acre of its own ground in the heart of the pretty village of Bradwell, in the Hope Valley. The bungalow which is newly renovated to a high standard offers self catering accommodation for 10-16 guests.  Well behaved dogs are also welcome.

In the lounge area there is plenty of easy seating a colour TV with DVD player and CD player.
There is also a fully sprung bed settee. 
 
             Off the lounge is the conservatory.

 The conservatory also doubles as the dining room and has a table which can easily extend to seat 10 adults.

The fully fitted kitchen has all new appliances including an all electric double oven cooker, integrated dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer and small dining table. In the utility area there is also a washing machine for guests use. 

The current bedroom layout is:   
Bedroom 1 has two twin beds which can pushed together to make a double bed .  The en-suite has a shower, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2 has two single beds.

Bedroom 3 has one sturdy adult bunk bed and one single bed.

All bedrooms have wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.
     Bedroom 4 (Loft) has two single beds and one Z-bed if required

The main bathroom is fully tiled throughout and has a bath with shower over, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail.
In the cloakroom you will also find a toilet and wash basin.
The bungalow is centrally heated throughout.
Your stay with us includes all bedding, heating, electricity and VAT.
Please note that there are clean tea towels and a small amount of dishwasher powder for the start of your holiday.  A small selection of games, DVD and CD's are also available.
 
OUTSIDE

Outside deckingThe bungalow has a large decked area to the front which gives guests wonderful views of the village and surrounding countryside.
Also provided are table, chairs and bbq.  Along with a large rear garden and pleasant side garden.   Outside there is ample off road parking.

 

 

 

Due to the elevated position of the bungalow and the surrounding houses we have a policy of no excessive noise outside after 11pm.  If we receive any complaints from our neighbours we retain the right to not refund the damage/extra cleaning deposit.  Following problems in the past this will be enforced if we receive any complaints.

Ample off road parking is available.  Please note that there is a steep approach to the bungalow from the bottom of the drive.  We recommend that guests only use this to unload and then park their cars on the level surface provided.

Within a short stroll from the bungalow there are local shops, post office, bakery, several pubs/restaurants and a fish and chip shop. 

If however, you wish to have your groceries delivered please visit www.tesco.co.uk and order online for a delivery.  The correct address is Stafford Croft, Brookside, Bradwell, Hope Valley, S33 9HF. 

PLEASE NOTE  we cannot guarantee that there will be anyone there for your arrival so please ensure to book a time when you will be available to receive the delivery.  Can you also not request a bagless delivery as the driver cannot get up the drive and so the goods will have to be carried from the bottom of the drive.  The bags will either be given back to the driver or recycled.
